I have over twenty years of complex litigation experience, the first two years in Washington, D.C., and over twenty years as a member of the Rodey Law Firm in Albuquerque. I was Chair of the Litigation Department at the Rodey Firm for several years. I actively practice in courts throughout the State of New Mexico, including Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Roswell and Farmington. I have tried cases in both state and federal court in New Mexico, and have tried matters before the lawyer Disciplinary Board and the state Judicial Standards Commission. I have argued appeals before the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the New Mexico Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Although I have practiced extensively in the area of lawyer and accountant professional liability defense, I have broad civil litigation experience generally, including insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, product liability and tort litigation. I am available to represent both plaintiffs and defendants.
